Galvanisation
According to construction-wishes of our clients, we manufacture tanks or tubs for galvanizing as collecting pants, storage tanks and aspiration-canals in all sizes.
Also pipe constructions and a new concept of air-cleaning systems with special absorber packages (especially for the contact with chrome acid) are parts of our delivery and performance program.
In all cases you will be advised by us in our own entirely knowledge in respect of the choice for materials handled as well with regard of suitable and economic view.
If there is not the possibility to replace the whole tank, we are able to slove the problem by usage of an Inliner.

Pressure vessels
As certified company for the construction of pressure vessels, we deliver “all in”. Beside of the production of the vessels, we make the static calculation, the CAD-drawing and if necessary and the final inspection by notified body (as TÜV-Süd, Industrieservice GmbH).
In pursuance of globalization technical records are not only in German but also in English and French available.
We also able to inform and recommend in different fabrications codes or certifications as Codap 2005 or GOST. By modern systems for cuttings and welding we guarantee dimensional accuracy and quality.
Rubber lining and coating
Since five decades we are processing special rubber linings of hard rubber foils and soft rubber foils. Our managing system for vulcanization enables us to vulcanize hard rubber and soft rubber in one single process. The rubber lined apparatus, agitator units, ventilation/fan housings and fans are used successfully since decades in power plants, chemical industry companies, water treatment plants and galvanizing plants.
These high requirements developed since generations in our company, will be passed to younger generations in our training centers. With this, we ensure our customers a longstanding and satisfactory cooperation with Dr. Eugen Mohr GmbH & Co. KG.
Manufacture of stainless steel
In our workshop for stainless steel we are manufacturing SS and titanium separated from carbon steels.Of course we dispose over all necessary authorizations (also for authorized approvals).
